The project is the newest property in our portfolio — 44 keys in Hoi An, and full management since 2025. No history to lean on, no existing systems to fix. Just a blank page.

We built the operating rhythm from scratch: pricing, guest experience, cost discipline, the works. Early days, but the trajectory is the story.

In under a year, occupancy has reached ~66%, revenue is up 12% quarter-over-quarter, and Gross Operating Profit has jumped 60%. Margin sits at ~17% today — the next chapter we’re writing together.
